1. You can create an order as a Guest:
You may create an order as a guest (without signing in or creating an account). Simply click continue under "I do not have an account" on the customer sign in page. You may continue as a Guest even if you already have an account.
2. What if I cannot access my account?
You may be not able to access your account for 3 reasons:
You cannot recall your password/Your password was entered incorrectly
In this case please use the forgot password link (after 6 attempts your account will be locked) a temporary password will be sent to the email you provided in your account. This password will allow you to login and create your own personal password to continue with your order. You may also contact the Box Office for assistance. Passwords must contain 7 characters containing at least 1 lower case and a number. Your new password also cannot be 1 of your last 4 passwords. Keep your username and password in a secure place.
Your account has been locked
For security purposes your account will be locked after 6 invalid login attempts. Please contact the Box Office to have your account unlocked. If it is outside business hours you may complete your purchase buy using the Guest check out. If you have forgotten your password we recommend using the forgot password link to have a new temporary password sent to you.
You do not know your user name
If you forgot your username you will need to contact the Box Office for security purposes. If you created your account after 12/5/10, the user name is your email address.
3. I need to add/change my address
a. Log into your account, using the login button at the top right corner of the home page.
b. On the left hand side click Maintain Account.
c. On the top right click Addresses.
d. You will be able to edit, add or delete addresses from this page.
e. Make sure to save your changes using the Apply button at the bottom of the page.
4. Special offers:
You will receive special offers from SantaCruzTickets.com by selecting "yes, please" on your account under "Would you like to receive announcements for upcoming events and special ticket offers?". You may opt out any time by emailing email@example.com with unsubscribe in the subject line.
