Accessible Seating & Special Needs Accomodations

Wheelchair Access: Wheelchair Accessible and Companion seating is offered at all price levels on the floor. Refer to the event seating chart for specific locations. If you find that the Accessible seating is sold out online, contact the Box Office - we may be able to provide adequate accomodations elsewhere on the floor. Designated Companion seats are adjacent to Wheelchair Accessible seats and should only be purchased as companions to the adjacent Wheelchair Accessible seat. If you purchase Accessible seats, as a courtesy, the Box Office may contact you to ensure you have seats that best accomodate your needs. Guests with disabilities or mobility limitations may enter using the ramp on the right side of the porch.

Mobility Seating: The Orchestra Floor is flat and does not require climbing stairs. All other seating is raked and accessible only by stairs. If you, or anyone in your party, are uncertain about using the stairs, please select seats that are on the Floor. When in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact the Box Office for assistance with choosing seats that will best suit your needs. Guests with disabilities or mobility limitations may enter using the ramp on the right side of the porch.

Assistive Listening Devices: Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) are available at the Box Office night of show. The Box Office may request to hold a drivers license or other valid photo ID to check-out of devices.

Service Animals: Service animals are welcome at the Civic.
