Official Update from Bassnectar move of Civic show to Catalyst:
On Thursday, May 3rd at 3pm-9pm, all ticket holders may come to the Civic Auditorium box officeto exchange for one of the two shows to be put on at the Catalyst, Sunday May 6th and Monday May 7th. All ticket holders may also choose to be reimbursed it they so desire.
Anyone who does not pick up a new ticket on Thursday will have to go through the process below.
TO ATTEND ONE OF THE CATALYST SHOWS YOU MUST EXCHANGE A TICKET. NO CIVIC AUDITORIUM TICKETS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE CATALYST. As nuances of coordinating the exchange continue to be refined information below may change- this page will continue to be updated.
If you are unable to make the physical ticket exchange on May 3rd you may call the Civic Box Office at (831) 420-5242, ext. 5 to see if we still have Catalyst tickets OR have online support by following this link http://www.inticketing.com/support.php.

- -Check and cash payments reimbursed with cash (or check if preferred) via the Santa Cruz Civic Box Office, or call (831) 420-5260 to request a check.
- -Visa and Mastercard payments will be credited back to original card - please come to the Civic Box Office or call SCTickets at (831) 420-5260 (as credit card numbers are not retained in our system).
- -Discover card purchases- call UCSC Ticket Office (831) 459-2159; Tues-Sat 12pm-4pm.
Besides Discover card purchases, all refunds will be issued from the Civic Box Office during normal business hours: Tuesday through Friday from 11am-6pm and 10am-1:30pm on Saturdays. In addition, the Civic Box Office will remain open from 6pm-10pm on Thursday, May 3rd, 2012.
