Tickets go off-sale on the internet Friday, March 1 @9am. Any remaining tickets may be purchased at the door.
Under the banner "Our Films, Our Communities," the 2nd annual Watsonville Film Festival will take place the weekend of March 2 and 3, 2013 from 1pm - 9pm each day. Films will be shown throughout the weekend. For more information on the line-up and schedule click here
The Watsonville Film Festival invites the community to a special tribute to legendary director & playwright Luis Valdez, with a screening of La Bamba.
On Saturday, March 2, from 5pm - 11 pm, the festival will screen the rock and roll biopic La Bamba and Little Louie, a short film about how Valdez became a playwright and theater director.  The screenings will include Q&A session with Valdez.  VIP tickets will include access to the festival as well as a reception with Luis Valdez following the screening.
The goals of the Watsonville Film Festival are to share films that inspire, educate and focus on issues relevant to the local community, and to empower local youth using video & film as a way to transform the world.
The Watsonville Film Festival is a collaboration between ETR Associates, PVUSD After-School, UCSC's GIIP Program, Veremos Productions, Watsonville TEC, and community volunteers.

Festival All-Access VIP Pass (includes entry to all film screenings and VIP Reception w/Luis Valdez) - $30 plus service charge 
Festival Film Pass (Entry to all film screenings.  Does NOT include VIP reception) - $20 plus service charge
